We are offering a 1-bedroom studio flat with a total area of 43 m² for rent, just a few steps from the historic centre of Pardubice.

The studio comprises a spacious room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom features a large shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet. The flat is situated in the basement of an apartment block. There is no storage room attached to the flat, but bicycle parking is available in the courtyard.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat. The landlord prefers tenants without pets. Suitable for a maximum of two people.

Advance payments for heating and water are 2,610 CZK; the tenant must register the electricity supply in their own name.

Upon signing the tenancy agreement, the prospective tenant will pay a refundable deposit of 18,000 CZK, the rent for the current month including utility deposits, and an estate agent’s commission of 9,000 CZK excluding VAT.
