Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. The landlord prefers employed tenants without pets.

Heating and hot water are provided by a central gas boiler. The tenant takes over the electricity supply to keep better track of consumption. Advance payments for heating, hot and cold water, including services, are 1,500–2,000 CZK.

Upon signing the tenancy agreement, the tenant must pay a refundable deposit of 30,200 CZK, the rent for the current month (including utility deposits) and an estate agent’s commission of 10,000 CZK excluding VAT.
