The kitchenette is fully equipped with standard kitchen appliances (ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood). The flat is situated on the second floor of the apartment block. Residents may use the communal garden areas in the courtyard. The flat does not have a storage room; bicycle parking is available in the courtyard.

Energy performance class: G - Extremely inefficient.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat. The owner prefers tenants without pets. Suitable for two to three people.

Upon signing the tenancy agreement, the prospective tenant will pay a one-off refundable deposit of 24,000 CZK, rent for the current month including advance payments for utilities, and an estate agent’s commission of 15,000 CZK. Advance payments for heating and water are CZK 3,310; the tenant must register the electricity supply in their own name.
