We are offering a lovely, bright 73m² two-bedroom flat for rent on the quiet Polská Street.

The flat is situated in the centre of Pardubice and is also very close to the Bubeníkovi sady city park. It comprises two separate, non-interconnecting rooms and a large kitchen with a pantry. All rooms are accessed via the flat’s spacious hallway. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath. Each room has plenty of natural light and space; the flat faces south (bedroom) and north (kitchen).

The flat is situated on the second floor of a well-maintained and clean building with quiet neighbours. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. The landlord prefers tenants without pets. Suitable for two, maximum three people.

Heating and hot water are provided by a gas boiler located in each flat. The tenant is responsible for their own gas and electricity bills. Advance payments for water and sewage charges, including services, are 380 CZK per person.

Upon signing the tenancy agreement, the prospective tenant must pay a refundable deposit of 20,000 CZK, the rent for the current month (including utility deposits) and an estate agency commission of 15,000 CZK.
