Heating and hot water are provided by a central district heating system; the tenant is responsible for registering the electricity in their name. Upon signing the tenancy agreement, the prospective tenant will pay a one-off refundable deposit of 22,000 CZK, rent for the current month including energy deposits, and an estate agent’s commission of 13,000 CZK excluding VAT.
