We are offering a lovely, bright 3-room flat (83 m²) for rent on the quiet street Polská 904.

The flat, which has undergone extensive renovation in the past, is situated in the centre of Pardubice and is also in close proximity to the Bubeníkovi sady city park. It comprises two separate, non-interconnecting rooms and a large kitchen with a living room. The flat also features a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath. Each room has plenty of natural light and space; the flat faces south (kitchen area with living room and one bedroom) and north (the second bedroom).

The flat is situated on the second floor of a well-maintained and clean building with quiet neighbours. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. The landlord prefers tenants without pets. Suitable for three, maximum four people.

Heating and hot water are provided by a gas boiler, which is located in each flat. The tenant is responsible for registering the gas and electricity in their name. Advance payments for water and sewage, including services, are 380 CZK per person.

Upon signing the tenancy agreement, the prospective tenant must pay a refundable deposit of 31,000 CZK, the rent for the current month (including utility deposits) and an estate agency commission of 15,500 CZK excluding VAT.
