We are offering a lovely, bright 3-room flat (58 m²) for rent on the quiet street Polská 904.

The flat is situated in the centre of Pardubice and is also very close to the Bubeníkovi sady city park. It comprises two separate, non-interconnecting bedrooms, a storage room and a spacious living room with a kitchenette. Both rooms are accessed from the apartment’s hallway, which features fitted wardrobes. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath. Each room has plenty of natural light and space; the flat faces south (living room with kitchenette) and north (bedroom).

The flat is situated on the first floor of a well-maintained and clean building with quiet neighbours. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. The landlord prefers tenants without pets. Suitable for two working people, maximum three (2 adults and 1 child).

Heating and hot water are provided by a gas boiler, which is located in each flat. The tenant is responsible for their own gas and electricity. Advance payments for water and sewage, including services, are 380 CZK per person.

Upon signing the tenancy agreement, the applicant must pay a refundable deposit of CZK 27,000, the rent for the current month (including utility deposits) and an estate agent’s commission of CZK 13,500 excluding VAT.
