[We are offering for sale a multi-generational family home with a total floor area of 148 m², located in the Svítkov district of Pardubice.]

The house is situated near the local forest on the quiet street of K Dubině. The family home was built in 1929 and has been extended and fully modernised over the years, including new installations. The last major renovation took place in 2005, when the entire electrical, water and drainage systems were replaced throughout the house. The house was insulated and the windows were replaced with double-glazed plastic ones. The house is built on strip foundations, and the perimeter walls are constructed of solid fired bricks 45 cm thick. The floors on the ground floor are concrete, whilst those on the first floor are wooden plank flooring laid over a beam structure.

Heating is provided by a gas boiler, and water is heated by a flow-through boiler with the assistance of solar panels. The solar panels are used solely for water heating, with a 300-litre hot water tank available.

The outdoor areas can be used for sitting, barbecuing, etc. There is a well on the plot, which is connected to the property as a source of service water.
